Lost Property Log

Description

The University of Auckland Grafton Campus currently has a lost property management system where staff and students can turn in or report lost items. The current sorting process used by the reception team to match items turned in against reported items is done manually and is limited to a physical presence on campus. As such, the procedure regarding the handling of lost property is time-consuming for reception staff and inconvenient for lost property owners.
