Description

Aims and Objectives Our project aims to assist students in effectively managing their stress levels and anxiety. Our objectives include designing and developing a user-friendly app with various stress management techniques. Secondly, to include resources for calm music listening, meditation, and wooden fish knocking in the app. Lastly, to foster a more balanced and less stressful academic life for students. Target Audience This project's target audience is students in high school, undergraduate, and postgraduate levels who are struggling with academic-related stress and anxiety. However, the app could also benefit anyone needing assistance managing their stress levels. Scope of the Project The project involves designing and developing the Dhyana app to be compatible with iOS and Android. Secondly, it requires creating an extensive library of resources, including calm music, guided meditations, and Chinese Temple Block knocking sounds. The third step is to test the app thoroughly to ensure it is bug-free and user-friendly. After that, the app will be released on various platforms and promoted among the target audience. Lastly, user feedback will be collected for future improvements and updates. Approach We employ an Agile development approach to create the Dhyana app. This method allows us to break down the project into manageable parts, with each stage involving design, development, testing, and review. The Agile method also enables us to promptly incorporate client feedback and make necessary modifications. Outcomes The Dhyana app is goanna bring a huge impact on its users. The primary objective is to significantly decrease user stress levels, a change expected to enhance mental health and boost academic performance. We believe Dhyana will be used by users in their daily routines as a reliable tool for managing stress and anxiety, thereby becoming a critical app. Moreover, we anticipate receiving positive user feedback, proving the app's effectiveness and user-friendliness. Ultimately, we will continually enhance Dhyana, adapting and refining it based on user feedback and the latest technological development.
