Description

Our project aims to provide CS399 course coordinators, students and clients with a tool they can use to simplify and speed up the processes of project proposal, bidding and allocation. The website will provide a platform for prospective clients to submit their project proposals. All of the same information currently sent to clients will be visible but displayed in a more user-friendly manner. Clients can view and edit their current project submissions. Additionally, administrators can edit project information to make necessary changes before projects are released to students. The administrator can also start and retire semesters with new projects and students. Administrators can navigate the archives and change the status of past projects, making them available for the current semester. This feature will ensure the longevity of this project for the CS399 staff. Once administrators have reviewed all projects, the projects are released to the students. Students can browse the projects on a page with each project's thumbnail containing key information such as the project number, title, and description.
